Euronext Reports Glitch in Cash Instrument Closing Prices

LONDON (Reuters) - Euronext said on Tuesday it was experiencing an issue in calculating closing prices for cash instruments and would manually update those prices for the assets that had been affected.

"Euronext is experiencing an issue with the closing price calculation for instruments undergoing an extended auction after the closing uncrossing phase, triggered by a reservation due to a collars breach," the exchange operator said.

"As a temporary workaround, Euronext will manually update the closing price for impacted instruments. A permanent fix is being developed to resolve this issue," the exchange said in a statement, in a holiday-shortened session.
