(Reuters) -Morocco and the European Union have agreed to amend their agricultural trade deal in a way that still ensures products from Western Sahara receive the same preferential treatment as those originating from Morocco, foreign minister Nasser Bourita said on Thursday.
Court Ruling Impact
The European Court of Justice ruled the trade deal was invalid in October 2024, on grounds that it included products from disputed Western Sahara.
