GENEVA (Reuters) -Negotiations to debate the terms of a global treaty to curb plastic pollution are proving difficult, the European Union environment commissioner said on Tuesday.
“I would agree the discussions so far have been difficult,” said Jessika Roswall, European Commissioner for Environment, Water Resilience and Competitive Circular Economy.
