Romanian Prime Minister Steps Down After Election Defeat

BUCHAREST (Reuters) - Romanian Prime Minister Marcel Ciolacu resigned his post on Monday after the candidate backed by his pro-Western coalition failed to make it to the run-off in a presidential election.
