Fire at Moscow Shopping Centre Car Park Extinguished

MOSCOW (Reuters) - Emergency services have put out a fire at a car park in a shopping mall located in Moscow's business district, the state TASS news agency reported on Wednesday.

Videos posted by various Russian media outlets showed black smoke billowing among the district's skyscrapers on the banks of the Moskva River.
