SoftwareOne Engages in Advanced Talks to Acquire Crayon

(Reuters) - Swiss technology firm SoftwareOne Holding confirmed on Friday that it is in advanced discussions to acquire Norwegian rival Crayon Group Holding for a consideration of cash and shares.
