LONDON (Reuters) -Britain's Thames Water said it had agreed a payment plan with the regulator for fines it owes worth 123 million pounds ($166 million), as it continues to try to agree a deal with creditors to avoid temporary government nationalisation.
It will pay an initial 20% in the coming weeks with the balance to follow.
