(Reuters) -Luxembourg-based investment vehicle Reinet Investments said on Friday it was in talks for the potential disposal of its nearly 50% interest in UK insurer Pension Insurance Corporation (PIC).

Sky News reported last week that European savings and retirement services group Athora was in talks to buy PIC in a deal that could value it at up to 5 billion pounds ($6.86 billion)
