(Reuters) -Spain's trade deficit widened 48.8% in the first four months of 2025 from the same period a year earlier to 18.98 billion euros ($21.76 billion), the Economy ministry said on Monday.

(Reuters) -Spain's trade deficit widened 48.8% in the first four months of 2025 from the same period a year earlier to 18.98 billion euros ($21.76 billion), the Economy ministry said on Monday.

Imports over the period rose 5.1% to 147.37 billion euros, while exports rose 0.8% to 128.38 billion euros, the ministry said.
