Trump Reports Positive Progress on Iran Nuclear Deal

WASHINGTON (Reuters) - President Donald Trump on Thursday said U.S. attempts to broker a nuclear deal with Iran are going well, ahead of technical talks between U.S. and Iranian delegations in Oman on Saturday.

"I think we're doing very well on an agreement with Iran. ... That one is well on its way - we could have a very, very good decision. And a lot of lives will be saved," Trump told reporters in the Oval Office.
