Allianz Global Corporate & Specialty (AGCS) has promoted Elke Vagenende to the role of Head of Financial Institutions (FI) Regional Unit London. Her responsibilities will be to, drive the FI portfolio and work with new and existing clients. Her appointment supports AGCS goal of having the right expertise locally and training the talent within the business to fill strategically important roles.
Elke joined AGCS in 2012 as Head of Product Development UK and has 16 years of relevant market experience in various Financial Lines roles. She brings relevant experience in underwriting Financial Institutions, both in the UK and European markets and has already demonstrated to be a strong contributor to the overall success of AGCS Financial Lines.
