Harry Edwards tasked with formulating commercial strategies for ASEAN hub
Allianz Trade in Asia Pacific is pleased to appoint Harry Edwards as ASEAN Commercial Director with effect from 21 October 2024. Responsible for all commercial activities in six ASEAN countries including Singapore , Malaysia, Thailand and Indonesia, Mr Edwards is replacing Céline Peredy who is now Strategic Account Director for Allianz Trade for Multinationals. He will be based in Singapore.
Mr Edwards joined Allianz Trade in 2015 as New Business Underwriter based in London, the United Kingdom . After more than six years in the role, he moved to Dubai to join Allianz Trade in Middle East as Head of Portfolio in charge of account management and commercial underwriting for the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) countries. Currently, he is Head of Distribution focusing on sales activation, strategy and product awareness across the Middle East . Mr Edwards holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Newcastle University.
