Mr. Steedman’s practice focuses on cross-border mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and privatizations in a variety of sectors, including energy, transportation, financial institutions, FMCG, and telecommunications. Prior to joining White & Case in 2011, he led the Middle East practice at Norton Rose.
