CCL, the international governance, risk and compliance consultancy announced a strategic alliance with Ascendant Compliance Management, a leader in the US compliance and regulatory services industry.
According to the agreement, Ascendant (which has offices in Connecticut, New York and California) and CCL (which has offices in London, Dubai and Mumbai) will work together to offer a seamless service to clients that require regulatory advice in one or both jurisdictions.
Ascendant provides a full range of regulatory compliance consulting services to investment managers, broker-dealers, hedge funds and private equity firms, complemented with continuing education opportunities and compliance technologies that help to make compliance manageable for firms wherever they operate.
