The Management Consultancies Association (MCA) has named Elix-IRR Best New Consultancy at their annual awards. This award recognised the outstanding growth from the company that is nearly five years old, along with unprecedented client satisfaction from the marketplace. Elix-IRR also won the coveted Commercial Excellence award for their work with Standard Bank – a large scale, cost-cutting project for their Global Card operations. Standard Bank engaged Elix-IRR to improve vendor management, increase efficiency, and execute the changes that would generate these cost savings. In just two years, Elix-IRR helped Standard Bank realise more than $51m in savings as part of a five year pan-African contract.
