Hampton Mortgage Servicing (HMS) has signed a three year contract with Phoebus Software Ltd (PSL).

Hampton Mortgage Servicing provides a comprehensive specialist administration and servicing platform for Shared Equity and second charge mortgage portfolios. With the benefit of a combined 150 years’ experience in mortgage and operational management, the Hampton Mortgage Servicing team has a proven track record in realising value from Shared Equity mortgage portfolios.
The implementation will involve the migration of its existing book onto the Phoebus cloud based platform, a service that is becoming increasingly popular with both new and existing clients.
This win continues to cement PSL’s position as the market leader in providing servicing software solutions to the third party administration market both in the UK and Ireland.
