DALLAS- Hyphen Solutions, the leading cloud-based construction management software company, with over 12,000 companies subscribing to its comprehensive Builder and Supply Chain platform, today announced the establishment of its Customer Success team.

A first of its kind in the home building industry, the Hyphen Customer Success team represents a stellar leap in customer service and helps clients achieve their desired outcomes and gain the greatest value through interactions with the company and its family of products. The team will be responsible for customer engagement, tracking customer success metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs), while monitoring product usage. They will also collect, organize, and manage user data to learn how to best serve Hyphen’s customer base. With increased visibility into customer data and product usage, Hyphen will identify user behavior and data trends to provide valuable education and updates.

“Hyphen’s entire business is focused on increasing the performance of our customers, so we want to ensure that they are getting the maximum benefit from our integrated solutions: BuildPro, SupplyPro, and BRIX,” said Aaron Gray, Senior Vice President of Customer Experience. “This team will make the process of training, adoption, and daily engagement with our products as easy as possible. Hyphen is the first in the industry to offer such a program and we’re confident that it will achieve the goal of delivering and maintaining outstanding customer experience.”

The new Customer Success team will be led by Jake Mirelez as part of the newly created role of Vice President of Customer Success. Mirelez was previously Hyphen’s Director of Professional Services, where he was responsible for the successful delivery of all Hyphen applications.
