Among the awards, Capstone was named the 2015 Boutique M&A Investment Bank of the Year at the M&A Atlas Awards (Global M&A Network) and for the third year in a row, the US Middle Market Investment Bank of the Year by ACG Global (Acquisition Finance). It was also honoured with several transaction-specific awards such as: USA Recapitalization of the Year, Upper Middle Market Deal of the Year, Consumer Services Deal of the Year, M&A Deal of the Year and Equity Financing Deal of the Year.
