Leading technology and digital media law firm Kemp Little has announced that Rachael Barber has joined the firm as a partner in the firm’s Intellectual Property practice.

Rachael specialises in design, trade mark and copyright litigation as well as IP protection and enforcement. She has a particular focus on the retail industry and has worked with many leading retail brand names.  She joins Kemp Little from Penningtons Manches.
