MetLife has appointed Mark Baldwin as Business Development Director for its UK Employee Benefits business as it continues to strengthen its market presence.

Mark will drive the distribution strategy, focusing on enhancing strategic partnerships with leading employee benefits consultancies, a key enabler for the company’s ambitious growth plans.

MetLife has established a strong foothold in the UK Employee Benefits market since it acquired Alico’s UK business in 2010.  It has built a reputation for thoughtful innovation with a focus on customer needs, moulding its proposition to reflect the changing business and working environment that its employer and broker clients are navigating.

Mark has been with MetLife for the last six years and brings significant experience in the employee benefits market to his new role
