Now in their 36th year, the event recognises and celebrates outstanding organisations within retail banking, which have delivered excellence throughout the year, with the ‘Retail Banker of the Year’ award celebrating the individual who has excelled the most.

Vernon Hill, Founder and Chairman at Metro Bank commented: “I am delighted that Craig has been recognised by Retail Banker International. This prestigious award is not only testament to his leadership, service and vision, but also shows the tremendous strength and success in our model of creating FANs not customers.
