paysafecard, a global leader in prepaid payments and a member of the international Skrill Group, has appointed Walter Tauchner as Vice President of Partner Management. In his new role, Tauchner (47) is responsible for the expansion of co-operations with partners in the digital entertainment and e-commerce industry. In order to contribute to the ambitious growth targets of paysafecard, Tauchner will also expand the number of such partnerships significantly.
Tauchner, a graduated business economist, has previously worked for companies such as Winterthur / Credit Suisse Group in CEE where he gained broad management experiences as CEO in Hungary and as a member of the board of directors for subsidiaries in Slovakia, the Czech Republic and Poland. In the financial sector, Tauchner successfully managed the consulting company ONNEA KFT for seven years as a partner and co-owner.
