Ghulam Raza is a qualified Chartered Accountant from Pakistan and a Fellow member of the Associate of Chartered Certified Accountants from the UK. He has over 15 years of experience in Finance, Accounting (including IFRS) and Audit. Prior to joining ADF, Ghulam spent 9 years in Finance, Audit and Advisory roles at United Bank Limited Middle East and PricewaterhouseCoopers.
At Abu Dhabi Finance he oversees financial management including liquidity risk management, the operational aspect of the loan cycle, supervising IT infrastructure and solutions management, ensuring successful launch of large scale projects and initiatives.
During his time at ADF, Ghulam has been instrumental in negotiating the commercial funding facility for ADF and implantation of an automated IFRS accounting solution for mortgage loans using the Oracle system for which Abu Dhabi Finance was awarded “Best Use of Technology Award” by the Banker Middle East.
Ghulam Raza is the owner of the “Young CFO of the year 2015” award from CPI Media Group and the “ACCA of the year 2015” award from MECA CFO Alliance.
