(Reuters) – JSW, Poland’s biggest coking coal producer, does not plan job cuts as part of its restructuring, Jaroslaw Kluczniok, deputy CEO for development, told a press conference on Friday.

CEO Ryszard Janta said the board had pursued “a very restrictive approach to hiring, which in fact is not taking place, and …due to the natural course of things, over the past few months, 202 employees have left the company”.

“This clearly translates into a reduction in labour costs. The board’s goal is at least to maintain this level in the future,” he said.
