Since joining from Deloitte’s Healthcare sector team in 2014, she has advised on a range of transactions including the sale of technical recruitment consultantsShorterm to Growth Capital Partners, raising funds from Pricoa for negotiation specialist The Gap Partnership, and raising funds from LivingBridge for specialist digital networking firm The Up Group.

Nick Fieldhas dedicated his time to Livingstone’s Media & Technology sector since joining from stockbroking firm WH Ireland in 2014. Nick has recently been involved in a number of Livingstone’s highest profile transactions including the raising of investment from Pricoa for business information provider 118 Information and the sale of Autodata to Solera on behalf of Bowmark Capital and Five Arrows Principal Investments, as well as the sale of specialist mortgage provider ENRA Group to Exponent Private Equity for LivingBridge.
