Sanlam Securities UK (SSUK), the rapidly expanding corporate finance and broking arm of Sanlam Private Investments announces it has signed a co-operation agreement with Baden Hill, whereby the members of Baden Hill will become registered representatives of SSUK. This highly experienced team has a deep knowledge of research, institutional sales, and trading in UK and European mid and large cap equities. This adds to SSUK’s existing strengths in small and mid-cap broking and corporate finance.
In recent months, Sanlam Securities has also increased its small and mid-cap Sales and Research capability and has announced a series of senior hires including Adrian Kearsey as Head of Small Cap Research and Michael Bell as Head of Sales and Research, as well as recruiting Mark Cartlich an Extel-rated Property Analyst.
