HELSINKI, Dec ⁠16 (Reuters) - ‌Russia is the most significant, direct ⁠and long-term threat to ​security, peace and ‌stability in ⁠the Euro-Atlantic area, Finland, Sweden, Estonia, ​Latvia, Poland, Bulgaria, Romania and Lithuania said in ​a ‍joint ​statement on Tuesday.
