April 7 (Reuters) - British telecom firm Gamma Communications said on Tuesday that it is in preliminary discussions with a number of interested counterparties for a potential sale.
"Discussions with the Potential Offerors are at an early stage," the company said in a statement adding that an "offer period" has now commenced.
