Universal Power Industry Corporation (OTC: UPIN) today announced that the company has entered into an exclusive representation/distribution agreement with Ningbo Mercury Environmental Technology Co., Ltd. (NMET) for the United States exclusively.
UPIN will be the exclusive representative/distributor for NMETs patented environmentally friendly and non-toxic fire extinguishing commercial products. NMET will provide full assistance with compliance, technical support and production as required by UPIN. NMET will also provide financial support as to the development and marketing of their products by UPIN within the United States market.
The initial agreement is for a three-year period beginning July 1, 2018 and expiring June 30, 2021.
UPIN will market the line of products (but not limited) to Federal, State and City governmental agencies such as the U.S. forestry department, fire departments and the private sector such as chemical and oil companies, as well as others commercially who require such fire extinguishing solutions.
