SoftwareOne to Acquire Norwegian Firm Crayon Group
(Reuters) - Swiss technology firm SoftwareOne Holding on Thursday announced a deal to acquire Crayon Group Holding, with an offer valuing its Norwegian rival at 172.50 Norwegian crowns ($15.20) per share, representing a 36% premium.
"SoftwareOne Holding AG and Crayon Group Holding ASA, two leading global providers of software and cloud solutions, today announced that they have agreed to combine," the companies said in a statement.
"To this end, SoftwareOne will launch a recommended voluntary stock and cash offer to acquire all outstanding shares in Crayon."
