Standard Chartered Appoints Casati to Lead Client Development

LONDON (Reuters) -Standard Chartered has hired former UniCredit banker Andrea Casati as head of client development for its global banking business, the British-based lender said on Thursday.

Casati will be based in Hong Kong and work to expand the bank's client base and increase cross-selling of products, a key part of the lender's wider strategy to boost fee-based revenue.
