UniCredit Considers Banco BPM Acquisition on Right Terms

MILAN (Reuters) - UniCredit will only proceed with a proposed buyout of rival Banco BPM at the right terms, and can easily return to a “very positive, if not extraordinary” standalone path, its chief executive Andrea Orcel said on Thursday.
