Awards are presented on an ongoing basis throughout the year, organized by country/region and by category. At the start of the year all nominations open, and the timetable is constantly updated with closing dates for each sub-category and country/region.
That means you may see winners announced at different times as nominations for different regions or categories close and are judged. Please see the timetable, if a category has not been mentioned, it means it is open for submission. If a category and date is mentioned, it means that this is the closing date for submission.
No. The core awards process — nomination, evaluation, selection and announcement under the winners section of the website— is completely free and open to all eligible organizations, individuals, regardless of the size of the organization.
Winners may optionally choose media-coverage packages (for enhanced visibility) at a cost — but this has no impact on judging or selection.
