MOSCOW, Feb 27 (Reuters) - Russian police have detained a deputy head of oil major Gazprom Neft on suspicion of receiving bribes amounting to almost 30 million roubles ($390,000), a spokeswoman for the Ministry of Internal Affairs said on Friday.

The spokeswoman, Irina Volk, said on Telegram that the alleged case dated back to 2020-2022, when the suspect worked as a director at a company called Gazprom Invest, part of Russia's largest natural gas producer Gazprom.
