MOSCOW, April 1 (Reuters) - The management of Russia's national carrier Aeroflot will recommend paying dividends for 2025, the airline's CEO Sergey Alexandrovskiy said in an interview with Rossiya-24 news channel on Wednesday.
"As management, we are currently working on options and recommendations regarding the payment of dividends. Management will make a recommendation regarding the payment of dividends for 2025," he said.
2024 Dividend Payment and Policy Details
Aeroflot paid a dividend of 5.27 roubles ($0.0654) per share for 2024, based on a new policy which provides for paying out 50% of its adjusted net profit according to IFRS standards.

Forecasts for 2024
Alexandrovskiy also said he was keeping forecasts for air traffic and financial performance for the current year unchanged despite market turbulence.

2023 Performance
Aeroflot carried 55.3 million passengers last year, increasing passenger traffic by 0.1% year-on-year. The company aims to maintain traffic volume this year at least at the 2025 level, Alexandrovskiy said earlier.
