UBS Exec: 20% of 2024 Private Deals Have Sustainability Focus

DAVOS (Reuters) - A fifth of private deals in 2024 had some sustainability element, UBS' EMEA president told delegates at the World Economic Forum in Davos on Wednesday.

"In the private space around 20% of all deals we have seen in 2024 are some how connected to sustainability in one way or another," said Beatriz Martin Jimenez, who is also sustainability and impact lead for the UBS' executive board.
